陳歷相,女,重慶永川人,博士,副教授。先后于2007、2010年在西南大學物理科學與技術學院獲理學學士、碩士學位。2014-2017年在西南大學物理科學與技術學院固態物理與化學專業攻讀博士,并于2016.4-2017.4在香港浸會大學物理系進行聯合培養。2017.7-2018.9在香港浸會大學做博士后研究工作。2018.10進入西南大學物理科學與技術學院工作,2019年1月通過引進人才特別評聘被評為副教授。

主要從事新型光電功能材料與器件方面的研究,包括量子點發光二極管和有機發光二極管等。已在高效率、全溶液加工、半透明量子點發光二極管和新型光電器件中的磁效應等方面開展了系列研究。迄今已發表研究論文30余篇,其中以第一作者在Applied Physics Letters; Journal of Material Chemistry C; Journal of Physical Chemistry C; Organic Electronics等國內外著名學術刊物上發表研究論文7篇。
