賴林,男,四川省南充市人,博士,副教授。2004年獲南開大學物理學學士學位,2009年獲北京大學凝聚態物理專業博士學位,研究方向為計算凝聚態物理。2010年至2015年,在澳大利亞聯邦科學與工業研究組織(CSIRO)從事博士后研究。2015年9月起,在西南大學物理科學與技術學院工作。

主要從事(1)對新型低微納米材料的設計;(2)對納米材料(如納米顆粒、碳納米管、石墨烯等)的結構與性質的理論計算研究;(3)對由低微納米材料構建的新型功能器件(如氫存儲設備、場效應管等)的理論設計和模擬等研究。目前,以第一作者或通訊作者已在Nano Lett, Small, Nanoscale, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Nano Research, Journal of Physical Chemistry Lett/B/C等期刊上發表SCI收錄論文36篇,受邀在Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology發表綜述論文1篇,并受邀撰寫合著中的一章(book chapter)。論文總引用550余次,H-index為13.

近年來,在國際會議上做學術報告和Poster等10余次,并長期為Nanoscale,Journal of Physical Chemistry C,Chem. Phys. Chem.,Nanotechnology,Nanotechnology, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等學術期刊審稿。

目前承擔本科生的《理論力學》、《大學物理實驗》等課程的教學。
