Dear Colleagues,  We would like to thank you once again for your participation at the IPI World Congress and 57th General Assembly in Belgrade. We hope that you enjoyed the vivid discussions and remarkable speakers we had at the Congress, as well as the traditional hospitality of Belgrade and Serbia.

More than 300 renowned editors, media executives and leading journalists from 60 countries gathered in Belgrade to participate in the IPI World Congress and the 57th General Assembly from June 14 to June 17. It was our great pleasure to host editors, journalists and guests from all around the world and represent Belgrade and Serbia in a different and new way.

During the three days of the Congress we discussed pressing media issues around the world: reconciliation and the role of the media in the process; reporting on the USA and American foreign policy; new challenges brought about by the new media; the race for profit and its possible negative influence on the print media, etc.
Congress Sessions
The Congress was also attended by around 150 accredited journalists and PR and marketing experts. Articles about the Congress with participants’ impressions were published on pages of numerous local and foreign newspapers, broadcasted on TV, radio and Internet.
